Our sustainability mission is to create stays and experiences that are socially and environmentally responsible.

We aim to stimulate economic growth and create wealth by compensating employees fairly, supporting local suppliers with our business, generating innovation, and paying our fair share of taxes.

People want to work for, buy from, and invest in businesses they believe in. Our Triple Bottom Line business practices are rooted in the belief that none of these three items should suffer from development and operations.

Striving to be environmentally responsible through how and where we build, source and operate our locations.

Supporting the local community through education and jobs, creating wealth by compensating employees fairly.

Making financially prudent and ethically driven decisions that put our people and the planet first.

Being “sustainable” is more than just ticking a box, it’s our collective responsibility to try and leave the environment in better shape than how we found it. Here are just a few ways we are working hard to live by our mission:

Upcycling Buildings

The greenest building is the one that’s already there, which is why ONDA focuses on redeveloping existing infrastructure, creating more character than a new build, but with a smaller environmental impact.

No Single-Use Plastics

At ONDA we are committed to reducing waste and the use of single-use plastics, so please remember to bring your own reusable water bottles as our tap water is safe to drink.

From surplus furniture and equipment donated to local charities, to providing our guests with designated recycling bins, waste at ONDA gets recycled or reused.

Locally Sourced

Our kitchen team is excited to offer our guests healthy dishes with locally sourced ingredients – nothing frozen and nothing flown in. Tasty and good for the environment.
